YOGA & BARRE CLASSES
We are excited to offer a variety of classes that will create strength, balance and flexibility in both body and mind, all designed to be accessible for every level of ability.
ANIMAL RESCUE YOGA
Spirit gives back to the community by offering animal rescue yoga almost every Saturday with adoptable puppies, kittens, and bunnies & a portion of the proceeds are donated to animal charities!
WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
We offer community-centered workshops & events throughout the year including diverse experiences such as breathwork & meditation, black-light barre parties, and celebrations with local vendors .
