OUR CLASSES

Spirit offers a myriad of classes to increase strength & flexibility, improve muscle tone & endurance, reduce stress & anxiety, and improve balance, posture, and immunity. 

Barre Classes

Inspired by ballet & Pilates, strengthen your body with a low-impact workout focusing on precise movements, emphasizing alignment & balance. Classes incorporate a ballet barre and light dumbbells, resistance bands, Pilates balls, gliding disks, yoga blocks, and Pilates cirlces.

Barre Classes

NOTE: Barre classes are room temperature (air conditioned when necessary) with the exception of specified "Heated" classes which are 80-85° F.

Yoga Classes

Strengthen your body & mind while restoring flexibility, quieting the mind, and relieving stress.

Yoga Classes

Heat Levels are noted on schedule for each class:
72° F - Non-Heated (No temperature noted is a non-heated class)

80-85° F - Lightly Heated

90° F - Heated
