Yoga Instructor

Cassandra started her yoga journey in her late teens to support her physical training in competitive performing arts. She quickly discovered not only movement, but utilizing breath as a strong tool to support her health and well being. She continues to use her yoga practice in asana and pranayama to support her free diving, surfing, hiking, many other physical activities and her continuing journey through life. Cassandra’s practice was and is so transformative in her growth and healing. It is her dream to share her practice with you and support you in your own practice and journey.
