Dani Harris

Yoga Instructor

Dani started her yoga journey in nursing school as a way to declutter her mind. She quickly found yoga as beautiful way of communicating with the body and creating space in the mind for self awareness to come through. Now a Registered Nurse specializing in community mental health, she is a huge advocate for mental health. Dani believes yoga is a powerful tool for cultivating self compassion, self acceptance, and to find the stillness and oneness that exists within all of us. Passionate about somatic and energetic healing, she integrates these practices throughout her classes from a trauma-sensitive lense.
